Believe it or not, many of the old style are still calesthentics great exercises for the arms and legs - push-ups, sit-ups, jumps, flexibility exercises, etc. (strain) and resistance exercise (weight lifting) are great for muscle building muscles. I am a big fan of Taebo, when it comes to the arms and legs in shape. You have not to join a group or buy a fitness DVD Taebo and movement.
