Its funny that there is no noise, when Bush was portrayed as a joker. (In a large general publication, no less)
Also curious is that if Bush was portrayed as the Joker, no one thought it was inappropriate to suggest that the inappropriate, describing how Obama.

I think the intention is to portray him as insane and irresponsible to draw a parallel to the last, and popular culture.
Especially when I think they do, because it seems as disturbing extremely effective in humans.
Perhaps part of the film, as Alfred said: "Some people are interested in money or power, pleased to see some people, to burn the world." It was good, based on the Joker, the presence of Bush, or the presence of Mr Obama.
